Common Questions
How does the project process work?
It begins with a conversation about your goals, your audience, and what you need support with. From there, I’ll recommend the right approach, shape the scope, and guide you through each stage with a collaborative, straightforward process. For more in-depth details on the project process see the design services page.
Do you work with hospitality and wellness businesses worldwide?
Yes, absolutely. I work remotely with clients worldwide, and most of the process can be handled smoothly online. Wherever you and your brand is based, I’ll keep things clear, collaborative, and easy from the first conversation through to final delivery.
What kinds of businesses do you usually work with?
I mainly work with purpose-led hospitality and wellness businesses, including boutique hotels, retreats, restaurants, cafés, spas, studios, health products, entrepreneurs and experience-driven brands. If you care about creating a genuine and memorable impression, differentiate from the competition, we’ll likely be a good fit.
Do you design websites as well as branding?
Yes, I create Wix Studio websites that feel considered, clear, and aligned with your brand, so your online presence works hard for you while still feeling authentic. My web design solutions range from a optimised single landing-page to a fully custom site with varying design complexity, up to 12 bespoke pages or more.
What does a branding project with JBW Media usually include?
A branding project usually starts with discovery and strategy, then moves into visual identity design. Depending on your needs, it may also include brand guidelines, supporting graphics, and art direction so everything feels connected and consistent. I have two branding options available, Brand Foundation & Complete, with the latter focusing on the deeper strategy and long-term positioning.
